As a LinkedIn Prospecting Specialist at Esdoorn de Vries, you are responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers on LinkedIn. You are the one who opens doors for our sales teams by generating warm leads and building relationships with key decision makers in technology, logistics, IT, finance, legal and business services.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Actively search, identify and approach potential customers on LinkedIn through personalized messages and interactions.
- Target group analysis: Thoroughly identify the target group and their needs in order to target the right companies and people.
- Profile optimization: Managing and optimizing our clients' LinkedIn profiles to increase their visibility and appeal.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers on LinkedIn, with the aim of converting them into warm leads.
- Reporting: Keeping track of and analyzing the results of prospecting activities and preparing clear reports for our customers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Written Communication: Excellent writing skills in Dutch, with the ability to create compelling and personalized messages.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Proven experience with LinkedIn and knowledge of lead generation techniques (experience is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right candidate).
- Independence: Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and Structure: A strong eye for detail and the ability to work in an organized way.
- Commercial insight: Understanding B2B sales processes and ability to identify opportunities
- Professional Attitude: Excellent communication skills and a representative appearance.
