As a Sales Development Representative (Lead Succession Specialist) at Esdoorn de Vries, you are the voice of our customers. You will contact potential customers who have been carefully selected by our LinkedIn Prospecting specialists. Your goal is to convince them of the value of your clients' technical solutions and make an appointment for a sales meeting if relevant. In this way, you help technical companies with great services, products and machines to more clients and important business relationships.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Contacting potential customers (leads) via phone and (in some cases) email to assess their interest and needs.
- Sales calls: Conducting convincing sales conversations to convert the interest of potential customers into concrete agreements for account managers and directors.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You find out their goals and needs, provide advice and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Keep track of the progress of leads in our CRM system and ensure a constant flow of qualified leads for account managers and directors.
- Reporting: You ensure a clear and transparent report to the client, so that they are always aware of progress and results.
Required Skills & Experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, with the ability to communicate convincingly, professionally and customer-oriented.
- Persuasion: The ability to enthuse potential customers and convince them of the value that the client can offer.
- Customer focus: A strong focus on customer needs and ability to provide customized solutions.
- Commercial Skills: Experience in conducting sales calls and achieving targets.
- Result orientation: A strong focus on achieving results and exceeding expectations.
- (Pre) B2B Experience: Experience with B2B sales is a plus, as is affinity with the technical sector.
